Stories of past courage can…teach, they can offer hope, they can provide inspiration.
Inspiration Matters is all about unlocking potential. Whether it’s with individuals or large corporate teams, we’ve consistently found the best way is to have people think first about themselves.
Once they understand how what they believe drives their own behaviour, how they can improve and– crucially – why they should improve, they find it much easier to maintain those improvements.
It relies on the development of not only cognitive skills, but also interpersonal qualities, behaviour and team spirit. We also find people are more engaged through the use of examples; so much of our own inspiration comes from stories and anecdotes from history, sport, business and more that bring these theories to life.
Their purpose is not to be copied, but to learn from them so we can become the best version of ourselves that we can be.
